CodeKudu provides an AI-powered static analysis management platform designed to help teams maintain code quality, reduce technical debt, and improve software development workflows. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CodeKudu:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any malicious code or harmful content
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer

The information on CodeKudu is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our service and the use of this service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Twenty Miles West, LLC, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
